She is currently working on her 500hr YTT and has a 20hr certification in Yin Yoga. Janice received her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm Ithica in New York, under the guidance of Daniella Hess, Christopher Grant and Jeannie O’Neill. Through the support of her two beautiful daughters Bailey and Kit and her amazing husband Wayne here on earth, Janice hopes to guide her students to discover a new respect for themselves spiritually, mentally, and physically. Janice believes that one way to carry on her son's light will be by providing a space for others to become part of a healing community and to feel loved, heard and inspired. She decided to follow her soul and pursue her Yoga Teacher Training. After Wyatt's passing in 2020, Janice discovered a common theme throughout her life: her love and appreciation for the discipline of Yoga and the healing it has offered her throughout her many years of practice.
